You will need two pieces of government Issued photo identification (unfortunately, not the Ontario Health Card.) If you are in need of photo Identification and you do not drive you can apply for an Ontario photo card. Contact us via phone fax or email if you have any questions. We will be glad to assist you.

Loan Applications

Service is an important consideration with any loan. Our loan staff are trained professionals ready to provide confidential, prompt, helpful and personal service on loan applications and other important financial questions. Your Credit Union's lending program offers great service and competitive features.

First Loan Application	Please fill out this form if you are a First Time Borrower at the credit union
Subsequent Loan Application	Please call our loan department at 416-542-2522 to set up your loan.

Everyday Banking Applications

Fill-out the forms provided below and print them.  You will be able to easily switch your banking from any financial institution or bill issuer to The Energy Credit Union Limited. Contact us via phone fax or email if you have any questions.  We will be glad to assist you.

Direct Deposit Form	Automatic deposit of your pay, pension, annuity, income tax or rebates.
Pre-authorized Payment Form	Pay bills of your choice on a regular basis, weekly bi-weekly or monthly.
Account Close Form	Fill out and take to the financial institution holding the account you want to close.
Change of Name/Address Form	Change your address and update your information.
Flip & Save	Round your POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions and save.

The Energy Credit Union Grant and Sponsorship Applications

The Energy Essential Life Skills Grant	To help prepare our young student members for the future.
The Energy Credit Union CYL Camp Sponsorship	To sponsor a young member to attend a Youth Leadership camp that is put on by Co-op.
The Energy Optimizer Grant	To help any Credit Union members interested in pursuing personal, educational or vocational learning to improve their personal life skills (i.e. self-improvement course, apprentice programs, complete a degree or certificate etc.).
